2003

Clearview Supply, a family run retail lumber yard in Pembina, North Dakota, became a tier-one distributer for Logix insulated concrete forms (ICF).  With this connection we discovered there was a need for accessories in the growing ICF market.

2004

Clearco Fasteners was started with the excellent advise from a friend and the untiring help and support from family & friends.

2007

After attending a tradeshow Mark decided to manufacture wire hooks.  This has since branched out to provide hooks for many of the major ICF brands on the market today.

2014

The lumber yard was sold and Clearco Fasteners was moved to Burnsville, MN (south of Minneapolis) for a more central location, providing better logistics to our customers. 

2016

Clearco Fasteners partnered with Burmon Building Products.

2019

Clearco Fasteners was incorporated.

2023

Mark's son Jared joined the team and Clearco Fasteners Inc. moved into a new building in Lakeville, MN. With the new location we now have the capacity to meet the needs of current loyal and future customers.
